Location was good, up quieter end of the beach. View from room was nice. Comfy giant bed.
Breakfast was average, carpet in hallways were dirty and worn. Four stars is a stretch.

The location was great. Close beach access, easy walking to sites and restaurants. Room was comfortable.
The pool deck needs quite a bit of attention. The breakfast was ok but seating availability was low. Loud hallway activity in the middle of the night.

The place was spacious and clean. Steps away from the beach and Cho Dam ( market). The staff members , Ly, Trực and Hoa were all superstars in helping us get settled. They were all very nice and sweet
The fridge in the room didn’t work, but not a big deal as we didn’t use it
Staff offered to put stuff in their refrigerator if we needed

Firstly, the room we booked had no window, so it felt very strange .
The food at breakfast did not suit our palate.
The location was a little out of the main drag.
Not many staff spoke English, which was challenging
