The property is very clean and well maintained. Very close to supermarket / ferry and Townhall.
We have to bring in our own linen and own towels, and have to pay for the consumption for water and electricity. So I don’t understand why I need to pay 250€ for only the stay? Check in at 16:00 - checkout at 8:00, so paying for only 16 hrs feels like a rip off!

Lejligheden passede fint til to personer og badeværelset var rigtigt godt.
Der var alt vi havde brug for i køkkenet.
God parkering.
Rigtig god netto butik tæt på lejligheden.
Sengen var smal til to voksne og meget blød. Det var ikke muligt at komme i sengen fra begge sider.
Vi var overraskede over at lejlighederne lå så tæt og uden udsigt.
Vi tror ikke, at opvaskemaskine og ovn kan betjenes samtidigt, hvis det er tilfældet fandt vi det ikke beskrevet.

The location from the Ferry to the apartment is nice as well as a 2 minute walk to Netto across the street. The space otherwise is very clean and there are some amenities like an iron and ironing board we did not expect but were pleasantly surprised to have and use.
It took a few moments to figure out the key lock box but it was not a huge hassle as the instructions were not the clearest. Also having to manually observe water and electricity usage. The price is very good for the amount you have to pay but charges do add up with Electricty/Water + Cleaning Fee + Linen package as it is not included. Also ladder to loft are is available but we did not make use of the space.

Die Buchung ist umständlich und mit zig E-Mails verbunden.
Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind grundsätzlich ok, allerdings ist das Schlafzimmer so klein, dass das Doppelbett den kompletten Raum einnimmt. Man muss übereinander klettern, wenn man von der hinteren Seite mal raus muss. Der Doppelboden im Wohnzimmer ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar, viel zu klein und die Leiter hinauf ist viel zu steil. Kinder würde ich dort nicht ruhigen Gewissens schlafen lassen. Das Haus ist maximal für 2 Erwachsene geeignet.
Eine Frechheit ist die Rückzahlung der Kaution. Die sollte spätestens nach drei Wochen erfolgen. Auf Nachfrage, nach vier Wochen, erhielt ich die Antwort, dass die Rückzahlung aufgrund des Quartalsabschluss (!) erst in zwei Wochen erfolgen sollte, das wären dann sechs Wochen nach Abreise.
Das „Wäschepaket“ kann ich nicht empfehlen. Die Handtücher sind so dünn wie Spüllappen.
Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung allerdings gut und komplett.
