The room I stayed in had a nice decor going on and it was very clean. The included breakfast was nice and consistent. The shuttle service was great after I got my first ride. The cleaning staff and service staff was amazing. Shoutout to the lady cooking the eggs everyday, she was so sweet!
The shower water never reached hot no matter how long you let it run. Luckily it’s very hot in Bangkok this time of year so it wasn’t a deal breaker. The connectivity was trash. I kept getting kicked out of my Netflix and was having a hard time just getting the app to start after the first night and all throughout the stay. I definitely would not stay here again, but I wouldn’t turn others from staying here.
