A very pleasant stay in these suites that were highly suitable for our needs.

Well located, quiet and comfortable - nearby taxi drivers even help start our car after leaving the lights on overnight. Very friendly.

Cleanliness

Its difficult to communicate with the reception,guards. Unclear for the breakfast if included or not.The condiments such as water bottle,coffee or tea must be provided per day you stay not when you ask only.

With lots of improvements, it was a decent place to stay and value was good for the pricing.

Location was good except that it was a long walk from the hotel to the main street. Returning to the hotel at night was a bit scared because the street was quiet and dark and sometime with no street lights.

The general items that were usually supplied with lodging in the same category were missing, such as toilet papers, sufficient towel sets, kitchen towels. body wash ... etc. We have to ask the front desk for them before they were delivered. The kitchen flat wares, pot and pans ... etc. were barely minimal. We had 4 people and only 4 sets of plates, knives and forks were supplied. All these small issues were a little annoying.

Short trip.

The staff is polite and understands English. There is a microwave, water heater which is super useful. The room is big and cozy.

There is no tissue paper, hair dryer and tooth brush. Would be great if there is a free shuttle to the BTS station

All problems were dealt with by helpful staff and happy to make a return visit.

We like the very helpful staff.

Cooking equipment and crockery could have been a bit more extensive.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and tge Location is great

The stove was filthy and could not be used even though we asked for it to be cleaned. Often we got towels that were torn and had black marks on them. The price we paid for a month's stay was high for Bangkok and not up to the standard of the price. Not much in the kitchen really old pots and utensils looked like came from spare pieces from someones kitchen

Welcoming 2022!! 🥳✨

My friends and I had a blast! 🤩 The loc of the place is very accessible and quite easy to locate. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. Props to the receptionist for being so helpful as well. We requested and raise our concerns, made some calls and the staff were so considerate. 🙏🏻🥰

We were just a bit disappointed that the television is not a Smart TV. Connecting it to the internet isn’t possible. 😕 However, the WiFi connection is good so we just made use of our smart phones. 😂😅

The hotel in a very good quiet location near Nana BTS and Arab markets, taxis were available in front of the hotel.

The cleaning services were bad. Bumrungrad hospital was about 15 minutes walking distance with children and old people coz the way from Grace hotel was closed!

Potential not reached

This could have been an amazing place, but it wasn't clean or well looked maintained. I liked the rooftop space, but the gym could have been better maintained. Stairwells were awful, which we had to use to get to the pool.

Comfortable beds, reasonable amount of space. Pool was small but fine. Adequate for overnight. Good staff. Bathroom was the cleanest and best maintained room.Cheap.
