Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Great location for bars
The hallway to our room seemed to stink of smoke. You can’t smoke there but it wasn’t a great smell. Great place apart from that minor detail.

I would like to leave an “excellent” overall score, but that would be inaccurate. My partner and I spent two nights in a Deluxe” King room with paper thin walls. We could clearly hear every conversation and even people singing at night. We were eventually moved to an upgraded room. The staff member told us that “everyone complains about this room.” Placing guests into such a room is unacceptable. Everything else was very good-excellent.
Why are you placing guests into rooms with no soundproofing? We want privacy and sleep.

The property was very clean and staff are excellent . Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are spotless

Hotel is in a good place, rooms are clean and tidy. We paid for exec lounge which means for 2 hours free drinks and the staff were accommodating with the drink selection.
Strong smell in the elevators of the executive rooms. The room I also felt was of less quality to compared to a previous time that I stayed at this hotel. We could hear the outside very loudly throughout the night and in the day there was no window you could open or view, and we felt a little bit trapped as it felt a bit like a prison cell, even though we had paid for the more premium rooms. I feel like if I was to stay again, I would stay in the basics rooms as the last time I stayed there was a better experience than the upgraded room even though the lounge is great.
