There are a lot of lifts so you don't need to wait too long for one.
Parts of the hotel face the Soi Nana nightclubs and these blast out music until 3am. Even on the 18th floor the noise was stressful and terrible. It is outrageous that the hotel knowingly puts guests facing this area but does not warn them. It is unbelievable that the controlling family that owns the hotel hasn't 'sorted' out this issue with the local government.
We had a corner room with dual aspect but even though these cost more they are still relatively small.
