Rooms are big and airy; location is convenient
The amenities seem to be a bit old. The kettle didn’t work, the front desk manager said I’d have to wait till the staff started shift to get a replacement and there was no way to have coffee till the restaurant opened. The iron had a chipped edge that snagged my clothes. There are no power outlets near the bedside, so phone had to be charged at the desk.

Everything was simply great, and we have no complaints. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the BTS Nana and Phloen Chit stations, making it very convenient to get around.
The food at the property was excellent, with plenty of tasty options. Our room was simple but very spacious, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Comfortable bed and clean room.
The bathroom in room 206 has a sewage smell, making it almost impossible to take a shower. The rooftop pool was dirty, and the windows shown in the photos were also dirty. There are very few places to sit by the pool as well. The rooms have no balconies, and there isn’t even a proper terrace where you can sit. The hotel looks nothing like it does in the photos.
