From my perspective - nothing to like.
The lack of general maintenance was evident with a totally unusable shower due to a broken hose and shower head attachment. With no maintenance person available I was given replacement parts and was able to undertake satisfactory repairs myself. Some lights were not working and bulbs were missing and they were eventually replaced after numerous requests only to fail again within 24 hours due to obviously faulty electrical wiring.
