The apartment was spacious, the team was very supportive and location was ideal for me to reach the different attractions and the surrounding markets. The hotel staff also were courteous to give us an apartment as far as possible from the noise especially we have children. There was a supermarket that is dealing with the hotel that brings groceries within a reasonable time and accepts payment in cash or via card.
The only disadvantage was the noisy and crowded area during the night in the area located in the main gate entrance of the hotel which we tried to avoid as much as possible during the night as luckily the hotel has two entrances. The security was there supervising entry and exit from the main gate and it was normally closed at night.

The room was nice and clean, staff was helpful
if you are staying on the side of the building across from nana plaza, it is extremely noisy at night. i would request to stay on the other side of the building, but overall i would not recommend this hotel for a family due to the noise.
