The location was perfect for me. I like the availability of restaurants within a few meters. I almost like the proximity to the train and major road.
The only small complaint is the lack of refrigerator. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated, plus I would've liked to keep cold water.

Location is walking distance to Nana station so its very convenient.
Reception staff wasn't very friendly. Hotel entrance is at the end of a street that is lined with bars with many bar girls hanging around so might not be so suitable for families with kids. If you are travelling without kids its fine. Room toilet bowl was leaking and flooded the bathroom. Feedback to the receptionist and they fixed the leaking issue though. A few lights in the room was not working so the room was always dim even though all the lights were on. On the last day of the stay, there was a black out so I had to shower with cold water and pack my things in darkness. Room is dark and stuffy.
