Good location
Breakfast was quite disappointing. It was overcrowded every morning, and there didn’t seem to be enough staff to handle the number of guests, which made the whole experience feel chaotic.
The coffee situation was also confusing — sometimes fresh coffee was included with breakfast, while other times we were told we had to pay extra. The inconsistency made it unclear what the actual policy was.
