Just for sleeping reasons it was an average stay with average services provided.

Great location

Old furniture, smelled like mold everywhere, no carpet just cold floor tiles. Smell of diffrent kinds of cigarettes comming into the room through the ventilation.

Cafard dans la Chambre , odeur de cigarette très forte alors que c’est une chambre non fumeur. Tous les équipements date de 1960 à commencer par l’ascenseur qui a encore des vieux bouton et niveau sécurité ça fait peur. Dans la chambre tout est casser et usé même les draps ou serviette , c est un vrai horreur cet hôtel mérite 1 étoile … même un formule 1 le plus moins bien noter de France est mieux fuyez. J’ai même pas utilisé les toilette tellement l odeur était intenable et le nombre de cafard et nuisible …. Mon séjour a été gâcher par cet établissement

Front desk staff behaviour was really good hotel was average and the rooms were old.

location was nice

the cleaning staff behaviour was extremely bad ruined my sandals by continuously hitting it by vacuum cleaner while I was standing blank in the room because she was told to change bed sheets.

Location is convenient to sky train.

I was on the 17th floor and only one elevator was working most of the time. There for 3 nights and 1 hot shower as there was no hot water. Rooms were sparse and black mold was growing under ceiling light fixtures. I have stayed there on and off for 25 years. But not again. It needs a complete facelift.

Good hotel, shame about the WiFi.

size of room, clean, comfortable bed, good shower

WiFi. Either could not connect to network or thrown out. When on line, speed so slow unable to load airline boarding pass as timed out. Pages not updating.

Would not recommend unless only using hotel as somewhere to crash at the end of the night.

The bed itself was comfy and the hotel was in a good location, near the metro and main roads.

The pictures on the website are not demonstrative of the facilities. Everything is exceptionally dated and worn. My room was dark and the ceiling in the bathroom meant I struggled to stand up in the shower. The pool was the most disappointing - it was not maintained, there were no towels and I question the cleanliness of the water as pigeons were using it as a bath and to drink from, even when I was swimming.

But the location is very good, everything surrounded, BTS near by.

If you call from the room, they don't pick up easily, there is no receptionist mostly at the evening, room service, house keeping never answer the call,... and if you ask for something they will bring it after hours🫤🫤,,We stayed for 6days... wifi never works, we have requested them a hundred times to watch football worlcup semi-final, they have no channels on TV,, their breakfast has no varieties,,. But the family suite room is spacious though old furnished...

All good ,I would suggest you to keep Netflix etc connected to the TV as it would be an added facility

Little conjusted as unwanted furniture was there and the Used slippers were kept.Room wan not so clean
