Location, staff, facilities.
Breakfast was also nice.
Not having the apps available on the TV. Having to link my tablet regularly was a pain.
Pool was bit cold.

The gymnasium is adequate and although it wasn't pool weather it was good. The service is very good and the cleanliness is fantastic. Attention to detail a little missed sometimes like the serviceability of the hair dryer. The wire from the body was frayed and on it's last legs. Should be checked by housekeeping on daily room services.
The windows got compensation between because of the contrast with colder air inside and outside being very humid and warm. The up and down because we were higher floor and had to go to reception on 16th floor, so a bit up and down with checking in and out, but this is superficial.

Large room and good location
Breakfast was average; business floor food was average but drinks were top shelf and plentiful. Pool was towards the small size and very enclosed. Lifts were scattered around the level and slow. We were charged when we arrived not when leaving which was not a good start for a vacation' Long walk to the airtrain station
