Tushar was efficient, helpful, and gave us great tips on local spots. The hotel itself is beautiful and serene—those morning bird sounds are a dream!
Our only critique is the food: we'd love to see more Western food options on the menu to balance out the Indian selection. Highly recommended overall!

location is nice... right in middle of mcleodganj and dharamshala
dining staff is very polite and helpful... special shoutout to santosh (cleaning lady) who very very sweet to our child and shinchuk.. who provided us with great food options during stay
the front desk and reception people are clueless about hotel facilities,,,
they didnt even inform us during check in what all facilities are there in property and didn't communicate breakfast timings
it took us 30 mins for check in (we reached hotel way after check in time at 3 pm) and 30 mins for checkout (we checked out promptly at 12 noon) front desk people need training on how to properly treat guests. they didnt even welcome us properly
