It was very disappointing compared to last time I stayed there .

The location , the bed , the balcony .

The couch is too small , there was too much noise with constant construction in the rooms on both side of us . This went on for almost the entire 3 weeks I was there . Also another guest was able to enter my room using a keycard . The reception people admitted fault , but this is unacceptable. I didn’t feel safe to leave my room unattended after that happened .

Elevator should have a key card to provide access for guest and staff only.

Rooms were nice , beds were comfy , the staff were excellent .

Rooms were nice , location was perfect next to the malls and gym .

The venue did have comfy beds and the facilities are okay a little dirtier than I would like but good size room for the cost.

My Samsung earbuds went missing and when I went to contact the venue they ignored my messages, when I went back to the venue 2 days later they said they had checked but found nothing... however never replied to me

We still had an amazing stay despite of some insufficiencies.

The room was spacious especially the balcony. It’s fully furnished so our stay felt like we’re just in our own home. Plus, having an own washing machine saved us some time, effort and money!

During our stay, we did not see a security personnel posted atleast in the front door or roving around. They also have a basement parking which is great, but again no security posted in the area. And also, Manpower is a vital aspect of maintaining a good quality service of a service provider bussiness. Understandable that during our stay there is a typhoon, but having extra manpower to take care of the needs of the clients in the hotel is vital.

Great stay we had, albeit short. We will definitely come back again!

Great location, close to stores and some restaurants. Safe and decent. Full size kitchen and can be used if needed. They even provide their own washer. I love that this is a pet-friendly facility and I got to be with the furbabies during our stay.

The location of the pool is a bit off which is just at the back of the main lobby. It feels awkward to swim there where the guests come and go. But we loved the hotel, regardless!

Did not meet the star rating provided on Booking.com

The location is close to Harbor Point Shopping Centre and an easy walk to the SMBA foreshore. There is a easy drop off and a lift for the higher floors.

Breakfast was very basic and not very appetizing. The rooms were very basic, with a number of items needing maintenance to be used properly (ie taps were loose and cabinetry in the kitchen was in poor condition). There was only very basic linen and bathroom supplies. It was much less than the expected as per the hotel star rating.

Wifi was frustrating.I didn’t get much done due to it.

Conveniently located. Nice,comfortable,clean bed.

The wifi is very weak. Puddle in the bathroom. Purchased breakfast wasn’t worth it.

Not clean. Didnt clean at all in the 3 days stay. Room was not finished. Vacuum was not connected and doors not straight.

Superb

I stayed on the 6/F, which has great view of the city and the ocean. Good water pressure in the shower. Spacious and clean. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Breakfast is not good. Not many options. No hair dryer.

Despite a few discrepancies, I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good but the portions were small. Shower water pressure was awesome. Location was great.

WiFi was terrible. No hot water. Bathroom water settled on the tile at the entry way.
