La ubicación es fantástica 10 de 10, el baño está bien, la ducha sale muy bien, y la cama muy cómoda, la atención del dueño de 10 también, lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda, vayan tranquilos!
Solo 2 detalles, yo le cambiaría el aire acondicionado de ventana por un split, y le agregaría 2 sillas y una mesita

O proprietário é muito solícito, o quarto é simples mas atende bem, a limpeza estava ok.
O ventilador girava mas não ventilava.

A localização é excelente, a poucos passos da Rua das Pedras, com estacionamento próprio. A acomodação é simples, porém limpa e equipada com Smart TV. Há uma padaria muito próxima, além de diversos restaurantes na região.
