The garden , cave and external areas are great.

The room was not great. We were told only the morning of the stay the restaurant will close at 1pm and there will be no foo d available after that. we could order and warm up later in the microwave, when we got to the room we did not even have a microwave.

Your staff is friendly, they were so welcoming

Your place is not attractive as you see on booking.com ,it not nice your rooms are something else ,I was not impressed shame and the buffet breakfast is nightmare, it’s not impressive

Ensure that bathroom mats are placed just outside the shower so that no one slips and injure themselves. The connection to the wifi is great. I booked into Grey Goose Game Lodge for 2 nights stay - due to my work I travel a lot. Will definitely be returning every time I am working in Newcastle.

Bathroom shower head too high. Sprinkles all over and no non slip shower mat. A hairdryer will be a great add on. Place mats beside the beds will be nice.

The location

There were bed bugs. I could feel bugs crawling all over me while I slept. I couldn't sleep there another night, I checked out a day early.

The rooms were neat and staff quite friendly. Not to mention the amazing views

Firstly, the guest next door were quite loud even though it had been indicated that noise won't be tolerated but dealt with, but there was no one dealing with it. Secondly, I had booked for 2 people but towels were only enough for 1 person for the night. Thirdly, I feel some sort of insect repellent should be given to guests like mosquito coils and a can of repellent because the bugs besides the noisy neighbours kept us up. Lastly, instead of having dstv as an option. Maybe consider Netflix and Showmax. It has more of a variety.

The problem they close early on Sunday and that was worse even at the bar if they may change closing time on Sunday 14h00 is to early worse the close even swimming pool

Closing of swimming pool yet you paid full amount and closing of the kitchen where can you by food because that place is not bynear town.

Staff was helpful and moved us to another unit. The bath tub was lovely and the room was very clean and recently renovated. The menu was very interesting and the food was fine. The wildlife is wonderful but too far to really enjoy.

Not enough coverage from the parking to the room, we got soaked a few times. We asked to be moved as our first room was a two bedroom. TV and aircon only in the front bedroom. Uncomfortable to walk through a bedroom to exit - no privacy. Tea station in main bedroom, uncomfortable to share bedroom with friends making a cuppa. Had no view from our window or the patio. Have not received much info from reception on what is available or where to go for breakfast or when load shedding will be etc, Some info on what type of animals can be found on the farm would have been helpful. The story about the huge tree stump outside reception can all be incorporated in a lovely info brochure or even a plague would have been great.
