Great stay

The location is Perfect, The staff is great , The flat has great bed ! The contact with the host was fast and easy!

There were no pans, imposible to cook an egg! It is inside the hotel, but if you have any problem, you must talk to the host!

9 / 10

Very good apartment, in excellent location, and nice building.

The location is excellent, at walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. Oscar Freire subway station is just on the corner and connects you to the rest of the city. Check-in was smooth, with a friendly reception desk. The building is very safe, without asking you to go through multiple gates and ID checks each time you enter (which can be tiring in SP). I would stay again! The bed was very good.

Maybe they just forgot to replace it (I hope), but there were no towels, nor floor towel in the apartment. Also no shower gel or soap, or any amenities. I had to use one of my t-shirts to dry myself since I stayed only for one night. It's not a big issue, but it felt a bit careless. There was also some confusion with an automated e-mail asking for payment while it had already been done via Booking - again not a big deal, but a bit messy.

Flat quase bom.

Localização, estacionamento e praticidade hospedagem.

Alguns equipamentos avariados. Limpeza poderia melhorar.
