Great location, everywhere was walkable. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was spacious, and the kitchen area was great to have, especially the fridge. My bed was comfortable and on the whole the hostel was relaxing and quiet.
Some guests 2 floors below were very noisy, but this was only for 1 night. Check out is quite early in comparison to other places with no flexibility for a late check out.

The location in relation to the centre of Koper was good, no more than a 10 minute walk from the water either. We were met by a friendly and helpful member of staff on the front desk, and the same friendliness was given to us when we checked-out also. Whilst the breakfast options may not have been vast, the scrambled eggs tasted really good, and were a good way to start the day. Our room was cosy but big enough for three of us, and the bathroom had a good quality shower in terms of warmth and water pressure. Have to also mention the quality of the AirCon, which was excellent on a hot day, and made it far easier to sleep. Overall, the stay provided good value for money, and we would return.
The breakfast buffet didn't have the widest variety of options.

The staff was very helpful, the room was clean, the location was excellent.
The mattress was a little sunken in the middle and was a little hard.
