Nice pool. We only used the hotel for a few hours before a very late flight so it was reasonably convenient to have a swim, shower and rest. Claire was very pleasant. Good hot water. Claire also recommended an eating place that was an easy walk and it was good.
Beds very hard. Unfortunately the worst issue was that the room had a terrible musty smell. If we had been staying longer I would have had to ask to move rooms because it was so bad I was getting wheezy! Also we were quoted 5000 to get to the airport. Ridiculous price! We were told that tuk tuk’s cannot go into the airport. The car we got was very mice but for a 30min drive it was a crazy price!… and tuk tuk stop just about 100m from the airport entrance so we felt that this information was not entirely correct and it really made us feel ripped off! Towels very worn and old.

The location was so convenient and the pool was really gorgeous. It’s a fantastic place for groups too.

The Place is ok. Although thr rooms we booked were not the ones we got. I booked a standard room for 1 night and got a family room and my friends booked a deluxe room with Sofa, coffee corner and TV for 3 nights and got a standard room without any of those items. When they mentioned it to the owner, Mrs Claire, the next morning she basically kicked them out of the Hotel. She listed them as "no show" and cancelled their entire booking as if they never even spent 1 night there. I wonder what Booking would make of that.
The owner has 2 rescue dogs running around everywhere and barking.
The 6$ breakfast we saw people eating is a joke. But there is a great breakfast/lunch place next door "Hibiscus Lounge" with creative and great vegetarian food. Best to go there.
The Hotel is in a run down neighborhood, nothing interesting to do there.
owners attitude
bad lighting in the room
AC strong but remote hard to operate
Plenty hot water but shower appliances rusty and malfunctioning
Dogs of the owner running around and barking at night
