Great location and value for the price. Right in the waterfront area, easy to get to and on site parking. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The staff here are super pleasant and accommodating. The location is right in the heart of Gem town, at a walking distance to everywhere centrally.
The shower is sub standard but at least the hot water was flowing well.

The hotel was right in the heart of the old town. It was extremely good value for money. Rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming.
A shelf in the shower would have been handy for the body wash and shampoo. Was a bit strange having it on the floor of the shower.
