Lovely family room (actually turned out to be two rooms in a sort of apartment, which was lovely). Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice to have a bath not just a shower. Lovely stay, would come back.
It was very hot so the rooms could have done with fans. Unable to sit in the pub for a drink as all tables booked for meals (we assumed there would be a bar area for drinks only).

very quiet so a good nights sleep
Booking confirmation said fridge in room there was not and an exceptionally hot day. toilet had been used and not flushed. shower waste dirty

Self contained rooms
Ability to eat in pub which was good food
Lack of controllable heating
Radiator in bathroom not working
Curtain in lobby was damaged and didn’t give a good impression the accommodation was cared for
2 small bottles of shower gel provided but no shampoo, conditioner or body lotion
Towels were well used and not soft
