The location is wonderful, next to Metronit. 2 malls and a supermarket are nearby. The staff is ready to help and worry about each and every small detail.

Great stay with the family. The hotel is mainly for business (right next to Matam), but it also worked well for us. Rooms are new and clean. The lounge is cozy with free coffee, tea.
The rooftop is a big plus—beautiful views of the sea and city, especially at sunset.
You also get 10% off at Rafaelo restaurant next door, which is excellent.
The sea is close by, and the staff and management were super helpful and friendly.
The room keys stopped working a few times and had to be reactivated at the front desk. A bit inconvenient, but the staff handled it quickly each time.

Nice, large rooms with a big walk in shower! Coffee machine and fridge were available in the room. Beds are really comfy! I had a small balcony on which I could enjoy the first morning coffee
Staff can be more enthusiastic and friendly. At the other side of the street is another shopping center with different restaurants, otherwise nothing in the neighborhood, a car is needed to get to Haifa downtown or beach

Enjoy the gym
No pictures on wall - very bland and balcony in poor state of repair with no view. Food in nearby cafe for breakfast with vouchers very poor now compared to previous years.
