I've rarely experienced such a kindness from a host when booking a room here. Really friendly and helpful person. The communication was smooth. The room and apartment are also comfortable and clean. The beach is very close and the center of Cannes is a nice walk (of around 30min) away. We stayed for one night and had a pleasant time!
If you don't like dogs and barking, this might not be a good fit. But for us it was ok.
