Comfortable house with great swimming pool in quiet area

Wonderful location in quiet place surrounded by trees. Great, deep swimming pool with trampoline - we used it frequently, was greatly maintained. We rented house with two apartments - bigger one on upper levels was great - well equipped, comfortable, two floor, air condition in each room - we were very satisfied from this appartment and would give score of 10 for it.

Seems that we were first quests in this season so some things were not working - but were fixed very fast by the owner who lives next house. However bottom apartment was in worse condition - was partially moldy, including the walls in one of the bedrooms, the closets, and the appliances in the kitchen. There was a musty smell in the apartment. The owners replaced some of the moldy items, but the unpleasant smell in the rooms and the kitchen remained. Unfortunately, the lower apartment did not meet our expectations.

Peaceful stay

The garden and the villa are beautifully located in the forest in Sani. The father of the host is a nice friendly person. Quiet peaceful place. The smell of the surrounding forrest is great.

The villa seems to be repainted, but the furniture inside needs changing as it seems a bit old. The host is really friendly. His dad and mom met us at the villa. The bed linen and the towels are old and need to be changed. The hot and cold water are swapped in the bathroom showers on the first and second floor and we didn't know, so we had an unpleasant experience when we decided to take a shower and were not notified by the host about this. We taught that there is no hot water so some of us took cold water showers, which wasn't that nice. In the morning the situation was the same so we asked and the farther of the host, who seems a nice person but doesn't speak a word in English managed to explain the issue. Apart from that, the villa is well equipped. The beds or at least the mattresses need to be changed, as they are really hard and uncomfortable. The bedsheets are also quite dated and instead of a cover sheet, we had two bottom ones.

The location was stunning, it was so peaceful a little out the way so would definitely recommend hiring a car. The pool was lovely and the villa was beautiful and clean
