Came on a guys ski trip for a long weekend. Older unit but really enjoyed the setup of the place. Biggest complaint is the beds were all 3 pretty bad. I slept on the couch the last two nights and that was the best sleeping option of all.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. One bedroom with a queen bed connecting to an open room with two single beds that shared a bathroom. Living room with large sofa bed and bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped. Parking was great.

First of all there was no mention about the 30 stairs you have to climb to get to the unit. Not fun in ski boots with kids. Over all the nit is dated and needs some updates. The slider door leaks cold air and the electric heat is difficult to get a good temp set (to cold or to hot)

Overall our experience was fine. The building and unit are a bit rundown. We felt the description to be misleading. We expected a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath apartment. There is one bedroom upstairs with connected bath. There is an open loft space outside the master bedroom with two old beds, no privacy. The second bath is downstairs.

Timber Creek is right on the mountain very close to Central Village. This condo is ski-in, ski-out which is the unit's biggest selling point. Overall the condo was comfortable, clean and worked well for a boys ski trip for three adults.
The condo felt old and dated. The furniture is tired and worn and the bedding was OK but should be replaced given how expensive it is to rent the condo.
The pictures and description of this condo are accurate. We decided to stay here since this unit offered the most features for our budget. We were not disappointed but wish we could afford more.

First off, the property management company was professional and very courteous. There were things that we liked about the unit: The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were nice. The gas fireplace works great. The layout worked out well for our family of four. The smart TV with cable package was nice to have. Here are some things we did not enjoy: The couch pull out bed needs to be replaced. The ceiling fan and several picture frames need to be cleaned, they are loaded with dust. The loft railing is loose, which made us a little nervous with our boys sleeping there. The unit was hard to keep at a steady temp and got too cold overnight, even with thermostat set over 70 degrees. Had to get up multiple times overnight to start the gas fireplace. One of the evenings we stayed there the downstairs bathroom had a strong smell of marijuana. This was unfortunate. Great ski-in / walk-out location at the base and the unit has a cozy feel, we just wish it were cleaner and better maintained for the money we paid.

Information about that or a sign or notification in the cabin or app would’ve been nice. If there was one, we missed it. Beds were pretty comfortable although bouncy but seemed like pretty new mattresses. Condo was updated and very clean. Felt very comfortable and the gas fireplace was wonderful! Lockers for skis were very handy and held all 4 sets of skis and poles. No condiments or food of any sort is included FYI for your grocery planning. Did not try to hide a bed. We definitely stay there again. Did not venture out to find the hot tub either because I’m not a big hot tub person. We were pleased that there was plenty of fine quality linens and bedding and pillows.

The condo is very conveniently located at the foot of the mountain. The walk to the nearest lifts can be challenging with ski boots and skis. Enjoyed the hot tub! Walking distance to the central village with food and drinks choices. Inside, bathrooms are small and dated. Overall, it worked for our family of four. Like that it has a covered parking spot so did not have to clean the snow off the car. I would recommend improving the interior for the price charged for this condo.

The condo was very spacious and well laid out. My boys loved that they had their own loft and didn't have to share a bed...big plus. The mattresses were very soft, but we were so tired it didn't make much difference. You will not be able to ski in to this property unless you are at least an intermediate skier, but the location is still wonderful. Note that you do need to be quiet in the living/kitchen area if the people in the loft are asleep. We had a great stay!

Not as expected
We were super excited to stay at this location. The pictures seemed like the place was in great shape and the location was perfect.
Check-in was super fast and easy and we found everything super easily. After walking into the place you quickly realize that everything is a bit outdated run down. The transition on the floor from the living room into the kitchen was not tightly put into place. My foot got caught on it a few times, and it ended up slicing my foot open. It also happened to my friends.
The smoke alarm in the bedroom on the 2nd floor started beeping because the battery needed to be replaced, but the alarm was too high to be reached without a latter. Called the office and they sent over a maintenance man who fixed the wrong smoke detector. So, the second he left it started beeping again. Issue is, the office is closed and we had to call the after hours line a few times to get our message through.
A few other issues:
Toilet seats - loose
Shower head on 2nd floor - no pressure and spills down the sides
Beds - absolutely terrible
Patio door - no lock
Fire place - did not work
If you are looking to get any rest in between days of skiing, this is not the place for you. The beds must be over 15 years old. None of us were able to get any rest and were absolutely exhausted because the beds were just terrible. The pillows in the whole place are also extremely terrible.
After all of these issues and 3 nights of no sleep. We tried to explain to the office that we wanted to checkout a day early due to the issues, but we weren’t able to. The unit was so bad that we decided to just leave a day early anyways and go to a hotel where we could actually get some rest.
Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Very comfortable condo in a great location
My family enjoyed our stay in this condo - the 2 bathrooms and full kitchen made it very comfortable for our family of 6. The only thing that could use changing is the broken twin bed in the loft. Other than that, all was very nice!

Great place to stay!
A few friends and I stayed here for a ski trip to Copper Mountain. The condo was excellent! Everything was clean, the unit was roomy, and there were many great amenities such as ski lockers and a hot tub. The management was also very helpful and responsive to any requests and questions that we had. They were even able to prepare the room a few hours earlier than expected so we could check in early. Overall, I would definitely recommend this condo and will stay here again on any future trips to Copper Mountain!

We love staying in unit 209 Timber Creek Copper Mountain
This unit has everything you need.Fully supplied Kitchen! Just like being at Home. Great location! Beautiful views of the Mountains off the outside balcony. We enjoy watching the firework show on Saturday nights. Its just a short walk to the Village and all that Copper Mountain has to offer.... So convenient for the Summer music festivals! Step out the back and you are on the Colorado Trail. Out the front door you are on the bike path and on your way to Vail pass. Relax in the hot tub after a long day on the trail. If anything is amiss with the unit the management company is right there to fix things up! Great customer Service!
