Rooms are spacious , Clean and beds are very comfortable.
Only 2 BIG issues i have.
I have stayed in this hotel a few times now, However, the TV is terrible for foreigners. You have 34 channels with only 12 being active. All Thai channels and No foreign ones. No access to You Tube or Netlix.
NOTE - I stayed in 3 different hotels in Khon Kaen, PHU WIANG and Phu PHA Man..All the TV channels were working with choice of both Foreign and Thai. All TVs had Smart TV working APPs.
Also, your service charge cost as well VAT for room Service is bad.For meals costed at 480 THB the final cost on receipt was 554 THB

Very nice, comfortable hotel.
Comfortable sized room with comfortable bed with good shower.
Clean modern complex with balcony overlooking beautiful gardens.
Quiet location.
Seems popular and could only stay 2 nights due to limited vacancies.
Soundproofing between the rooms wasn't the greatest..

Breakfast was good with a variety of options and food very tasty.
Bed was hard and uncomfortable. WiFi continually drops out with need to register every time. No English speaking channels on TV. Access down narrow streets with limited signage. GPS guidance essential if driving.
