We absolutely loved this place. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and exactly what we needed after walking. The breakfast was wonderful, and the location was perfect — peaceful, convenient and full of charm. The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel very special. One of our favourite places on the Via Francigena, and I would highly recommend it.

Exceptional in every way. A truly beautiful location. Wonderful accommodation and a welcoming and friendly host. I cannot recommend Villa Niccoli highly enough.

Location near Francigena Trail. Quaint. Small communal balcony, lovely views. Clean communal kitchen. Good breakfast. Good hot shower and large communal bathroom. Ice provided for a sore knee. Thank you.
Managed remotely. Given the wrong smaller room by lovely older couple living on the premises. Difficulty in establishing room heating arrangements. It’s cold at night and I prefer certainty. TV remote control fail. Hence no TV.
