Air conditioning in the room, perfect for the very hot summer. Clean room and bathroom. Nice bathroom, newly renovated, with everything working well. The host replied quickly if anything was needed and was very helpful and nice. I went to visit my boyfriend, and he could stay over several nights even though the official booking was for me alone. Since there was no booking for the day after, the host allowed a longer check-out time.
No cleaning service during my stay. You have to request a towel change. The Tokyo room bathroom is warm and moist; even activating the ventilation does not help. The booking was for a room, but it said that there was a private kitchen. This is not true, as the kitchen is shared with the other people in the other room. The booking was misleading since it wasn't clear whether you were booking a room or a guest house. Also, nowhere in the booking was it mentioned that the bathroom was separated from the room. To use the bathroom, you have to leave your room; the toilet is in the corridor.

Room was clean. There was everything that you need, also airco.
Unfortunately other people that live there were very loud, they woke us up multiple times per night. Room is nice but the pillows are so flat that you can’t even feel that you have something under your head. Also whole apartment smelled like cigarretes because others were smoking inside, aparently thats allowed. I wouldnt go back because of that.
