Lovely wee place right next to train station. Perfect for seeing pisa and the surrounding areas and citys.

Excellent communication, a very nice host, and a beautiful, clean room. Bathroom supplies, coffee, and croissants were provided as well. Everything says heartfelt, professional hospitality. We would have happily stayed longer!

The location is just a hop from the train station. The host was kind and responsive, and check-in was smooth. They explained everything, offered recommendations, were open to a cheerful chat, and remained available for questions throughout our stay. We didn't use the kitchen facilities that much, as we ate out both nights. The breakfast cornetto and the snacks in the room were a nice touch! We booked a room with a private bathroom, and it was just as described in the listing, clean and with all the facilities.
We have been to Pisa quite a few times, and this was the best stay close to the station in this budget! :)
Figuring out how to control the room's heat wasn't straightforward. We were drenched by the rain and a bit cold at night, but the blankets were warm, and the bed was cosy, so we didn't really mind it that much. Nights can get a bit noisy in peak season for people who are sensitive to that.

Location was close to train staton.
Staff were nice and friendly
Not the easiest to find, just a room in an apartment building only thing to identify it was a sticker on the buzzer
Lack of communication from owner about check in
