The position of the B&B was very good, 10 minutes walking distance from the station and also near the airport !the room was quite big
The bathroom need updating , I had 2 chairs one of them was broken, side lamp the stand was broken too, the wardrobe door broken

Near the Pisa central station,just 2 mins walk. Take the bus (1+) from the station to Pisa tower, just 10 mins away. Good locations like basic markets, kebabs and other eatables are just a couple of mins walk. Balcony, kitchen with all the amenities, very basic breakfast like cornflakes milk, coffee and outside basic croissant and cakes with some cheese cubes and butter. No breads, No eggs, No anything Hot and NO fruits.
Stairs, No elevator, No AC, small fan available, Shared Bathroom as they have mentioned already.

Hotel is close to Pisa Centrale train station and the room price was lower than other hotels. The hotel offers a breakfast as well, which is not common especially at this price. Staff were nice.
The building and furniture of hotel are old, but this is common in many hotels in Italy. It is OK for one night stay.
