The room was spacious and I liked the balcony. The staff were good and responded to queries quickly.
The automatic fan and light woke others up at night especially with the glass rim at the top. The wardrobe was in an awkward place.

Room was close to the airport and to the train station, easy to get there by foot, without additional transport. Easy and modern way of check in - all done remotely. Coffee maker and coffee caps available in the common area. Bathroom equipped with fluid soap and shower gel. Well working AC, small cosy balcony.
Bathroom was extremely tight, for "plus size" person could be really difficult to use it. No space to put cosmetics or personal stuff. Check out at 10 am we find out very early.

Overall, everything was very good. The accommodation is conveniently located near Campo di Marte Station, with several restaurants and cafés in the area. As a minor point for improvement, the bed made a slight noise on one side, but it seemed more like a maintenance issue than anything serious. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The location to Pisa Airport was fantastic, ten minute walk in a straight line from the property.
Our room was up 6 flights of stairs with no lift, not ideal for luggage or small children. Furniture was very old uncomfortable and held together with screws. However was clean and practical.
