I stayed for 3 nights at this apartment and had a very pleasant experience.
The room was very spacious and extremely clean. What I appreciated the most was that the common areas, such as the corridor and the shared bathroom, were always spotless. There was also a constant pleasant smell, which really made the place feel comfortable and well cared for.
The host is so calm , very kind and helpful. If you need anything, you just have to ask — he listens and helps without any problem and without log of bla bla bla …
On my check-out day, he kindly kept my luggage for the whole morning while I went souvenir shopping. Since my flight was only in the evening, he even allowed me to stay in the common room until the evening, which I truly appreciated.
The appartement is just one minute walking distance from Pisa Central Station and only a few minutes on foot from the city center. I was able to go back and forth to the city center three to four times a day — very convenient.
Honestly, I highly recommend this place without any hesitation, especially considering the excellent value for money.

Close to station. Had a lift and a microwave in the kitchen . The room had a portable air conditioner in it
The bed was hot to sleep on. The room smelled like onions and the aircon was nit on before our arrival so the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable most of the night.
