The property was extremely central to Pisa centrale. The communication was good with all the details for entry given before I arrived. I fully enjoyed my stay and found it had everything I required and plan to stay again next year

Very convenient location, right next to the Central Station. The rooms are basic, there's a fan instead of air conditioning. We were arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning so it was perfect for our needs.

Matilda was a very responsive and welcoming host.
She has excellent communication and allowed early check in and even allowed me store my bag for few hours after check out. I was really grateful
Location was perfect for me between city and airport access.
Room was perfect, quiet, nice bathroom. It was very clean and kitchen use was great, could use refrigerator and fill water bottle.
I will absolutely stay here again.

Location and spacious common room
The bed was made in a way that was looking good with the linen arranged in a nice shape like a decoration but the last thing l want to do when l arrive tired from a trip is having to do my bed in order to sleep! Would have preferred a fully made bed. The room was also very small and felt a bit claustrophobic.
