Location was key. Right on the front of a busy through road. A short walk to a zerostraße tunnel entrance ( out of the exit turn left) great balcony. Partial sea view. Bed really comfy. The shower was one of the best for power that I’ve ever come across. The kitchenette was ample sized with a large fridge. Small supermarket just across the road. Very clean and very high end tidy. Top tips. Get an uber from/to the airport. They are so much cheaper and you won’t get ripped off (read the Tripadvisor forum comments) when visiting the fort. Don’t push yourself up hundreds of steep hills and steps to get to it for the views. Buy your ticket at the zerostraße tunnel entrance, walk the nice cool WW2 tunnels and get the lift/elevator up to the fort. Ticket is valid all day for €8.
The only 2 things that could have been remedied were. More choice of sleeping pillows. I personally don’t like the synthetic pillows, but prefer a feather one. Couldn’t get Croatian TV. I know we don’t speak the language, but it’s nice to sit and listen to a different language then ours when we travel.

Ifs really modern and up to date. The location is amazing, a 15 minute bus away are all the famous beautiful beaches and less than 10 minute walk is the arena and a lot of resteraunts. Its also located right next to some good restaurants, submarine was a favourite.
We noticed on the first night a couple little ants and the next day there was a minor infestation. We tried to find any small crack they couldve been coming out of but failed. We had no take out bags or food laying around so it was a bit confusing. Other than that its a beautiful property.
