Bett zu klein für 2 Personen,
nur eine Bettdecke,
keine schriftliche Einweisung der Geräte (Klimaanlage, Jalousien)
Jalousien haben wir tagsüber bei der Hitze immer heruntergelassen, diese waren jedesmal (vermutlich automatisch) wieder geöffnet, was bei dieser Hitze suboptimal war.
Was sehr zu bemängeln ist, dass kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden war und wir die Tiefgarage bei der Polizei nutzen mussten, was Zusatzkosten von knapp 30 € bedeuteten. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Aus diesem Grunde leider keine Weiterempfehlung möglich, wenn man mit eigenem PKW anreist so wie wir.

“Our stay at MAVO was truly delightful. The service was excellent, the room spotlessly clean, and the view amazing — you could see the towers and the river from both the bedroom and the kitchen. We asked for a coffee machine
and it was at our door within five minutes. Anytime I asked for information, they responded immediately. I recommend it without a second thought.”

eventually they fixed the situation..
the pictures did not match the reality..we have book this becasue of the 2single beds next to each other..in reality it was 1 double bed, not able to be separated. after asking to fix the situation, it took them 2days to bring additonal bed as promised, becasue the staff has forgotten..
