Upon arrival we were greeted by the sound of silence! The peace and view were more than we could have imagined. The description of San Felicissimo does not do this justice. It is a beautiful location in Umbria which will live in our memories forever.
Monica kept in touch with us throughout our booking and nothing was too much trouble for her and Massimo.
The breakfast selection was unbelievable and enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the olive grove and fabulous countryside.
Thank you for your hospitality, hard work and kindness throughout our stay. We loved every minute, and the three babies (your dogs) 😄

We were beyond thrilled with our lovely twin bedroom overlooking the olive trees on the hillside. Monica and Massimo are excellent hosts, warm and friendly, yet not intrusive.
Monica gets up so early to prepare delicious treats for us, much of which comes from their garden. We highly recommend ordering the eggs which come from their hens and tomatoes plucked the day before. You won’t know fresh until you have their breakfast.
The view is magnificent and we loved the pool area, perfect for post sightseeing. I also made use of the yoga platform where I could do a workout without disturbing other guests.
We were so sorry to leave. If you are looking for peace and quiet where the only sounds are their dogs, the local birds and the odd deer, then look no further than this property.
Absolutely nothing. I couldn’t believe our luck in finding such a special part of Italy.

Amazing stay in the Umbrian countryside. Monica is a very helpful host and does everything with passion. Delicious breakfast with fresh vegetables and fruits from their garden! I wish we could have stayed longer. Really loved the pool area, with amazing views! It’s totally worth driving up the steep roads to reach the accommodation.
