Crowded elevators on breakfast time, could be better organization for pool chairs and pool area, our bed was two separate beds put together wish it was one (could feel the seem while sleeping). All minor stuff. Really enjoyed our stay

Would have liked to have felt more of a difference in terms of a luxury experience, as this is why we picked this hotel. It felt similar to other hotel stays at Israeli chain hotels.

Beautiful service

This hotel does have a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. The room was spacious. Big selection on their breakfasts. There is free parking in their basement.

On the surface the room looks modern. But looking closer, cracks or wood chipping on the bottom of the door, the coffee table needed an upgrade. I didn't find the service very helpful or accommodating. I needed to iron my shirt. There was no iron on my floor in the laundry room. (every floor has a laundry room). I called the front desk. Instead of sending someone up. They told me try the floor below. I did and there wasn't one there either. I tried the floor below that and still no luck. An easy thing to improve is to have chilled music played in the lobby. Pool was packed with kids and families (I guess that's something you can't control) The next day we had some breathing room. We had a good time but this hotel is lacking ambience & vibe.
