A very well-thought-out room with a cozy bathroom, a great terrace, and a nice communal kitchen with free tea and coffee. There was nothing missed at all, would be also perfect for a longer stay.
About 15min drive to the airport and 10min to Fiumicino beach.
Check in was possible later in the evening, you just had to ring the phone number that‘s written on a board at the entrance.
Parking was possible inside the garden.
The cherry on top was the lovely and friendly host couple. Would definitely choose This accommodation again when coming to Rome (city center is cca. 40min by car).

Lovely place to stay. The room is well appointed with a lovely balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staff that were there were very nice.
The check in. If you own a b and b you should be available to take phone calls when a client arrives. If you post a phone number, be prepared to answer it. If you tell the client that you are sending him/her instructions on how to get into the proeperty, then send the instructions. People arrive tired and in need of a washroom. Luckily someone appeared and helped me through the check in process. After the check in everythong was perfect.

very spacious apartment, good for a family of 4. Clean house and nice garden. Fiumicino is a nice place to visit. Close to the beach, and good restaurants. Friendly owners, they care about the house and visitors.
The AC is above 1 bed. When it is very hot, you need to choose whether to use that single bed, or AC.

It was a comfortable room. The outdoor fence area was very pleasant and well maintained. It was quiet.
Check in was complicated and not explained well. The curtain in the bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in the bathroom. They charged extra to use a baby bed.
