Breakfast included even though the booking did not say so. The breakfast was OK, nothing special, but good enough.
The room was clean but very simple.
The hotel was a bit noisy because there were a few groups staying, but it wasn't a big problem for us.

Convenient to train and groceries. Clean and well maintained. Staff was kind.
Smoking guests should have a separate area away from the front steps.

- VERY noisy guests staying there. They consider it normal to have a party with loud music in the front yard at 23:00, or to shout in the corridors at night. I have had a hard time trying to fall asleep.
- Not really friendly staff
- The shower cabin doors aren't leak-proof, so there is a puddle on the floor after showering.
