Apartment was clean, kitchen had everything I needed: coffee machine, kettle, glasses, plates etc.
small fridge and electric stove, washing machine. I didn't cook or did laundry, it was only 3 days stay 15-18 Sept. Washroom was spacious with good shower, some sewage smell, but I find it all over in the central town. Small bedroom with enough space to rest, two single beds attached, mattrace ok more on the sift side. Nothing luxury but ok to live for few days or weeks, and the price was affordable,. The host was welcoming and kind, I had no issues with communication. Wifi worked well. Very nice small pool on the rooftop, and was not busy at all during our stay, we spend few hours during hot day by ourselves by pool. On a first day AC was broken and host provided brand new floor portable air conditioner, which was cooling very well while outside was +35'C. The central AC was fixed after a day, as soon as required part arrived and technicians fixed it. Actually I was cold at night after AC was fixed, had to switch it off :)
Overall I liked the location, very central but quieter at nights, for the right price I will return to this place if ever again in Seville.
The smell of sewage in washroom, but i believe it is the old city's problem.
The furniture on the patio could be more comfortable and appealing,
Extra thin blanket should be provided, just in case if someone gets cold. Keep it separate in sealed plastic, most people will not use it, but its good to have.

Excellent location within 2 minutes to bars/ restaurants shops and historic monuments.
A ground floor balcony and small pool on the roof .
Air con didn’t seem to work too well in the bedroom. Great in the lounge area.

Clean, spacious and well heated. Comfortable beds.
Coat racks near the entrance door and in the bed room would have been handy. The kitchen was not very well equipped. No drying cloth or drip rack, the fridge had broken parts that limited its volume severely, the warm water was not very hot. Parking is only possible in paid parking (25,-/day) and the streets around do not allow cars which means we had to carry everything back and forth. The apartment (first floor or larger building) was rather dark so we had some lights on all the time, even though the Sun was shining (only visible standing close to the windows). The wifi was not very dependable in general and almost non existing in the bedroom, we mostly used mobile data. The bedsides were very small, just enough for a phone on top of a book. All communication (with the owner or some management?) is by messages which I always find rather impersonal. The response was also not very quick (12+ hours) but maybe to be expected around Christmas.
