La tranquilidad y que son pocas habitaciones
Que había reglas de que no había que gritar ni echar clavados y una tarde/noche si hubo gritos en la alberca y clavados y dejaron mucha basura.creo que solo es cuidar que las reglas se sigan, sin excepción. Que deberían abrir su restaurante todos los días porque solo lo abren de jueves a domingo y nosotros que fuimos de martes a viernes pues quisimos comer algo llegando y tuvimos que salir del hotel. Solo eso

The staff were sooooo nice and responsive. I felt safe here. I feel the staff really trying to buck the tide of negativity that is overwhelming Acapulco. I think they are trying valiantly.
Unfortunately Acapulco has fallen on hard times. I was shocked after not having been there for 40
Years. Unfortunately this hotel is in a location that is really down on its luck. There was a bar open till 7 am playing loud music all night. Wow. Dirt streets and very dirty.
