rooms were clean, evening meal and drinks were value for money and had a pool table which kept me, my son and dad entertained for a couple of hours and having sport on the TV was and added bonus

The room was cleanly with all facilities in the room as described. The beds were comfy and the price was very reasonable. I requested a standing shower which was confirmed on booking and the request was followed up by the hotel staff which gave me a lot of reassurance.
It isn't obvious where to go when you enter the building. The building has a main un-manned reception desk with a small sign to the side saying which business' were on which floors. We did not notice this straight away and needed one of the office workers to help us find our floor. The building itself was very shabby looking in the communal areas but this is not a fault of the hotel itself, once you enter hotel specific areas it was much cleaner and better decorated.
