About this house rental
This fabulously presented Phillip Island beach house, a stones throw away from Cowes' famous front beach and its main street of shops and eateries.
The comfortable lounge room is nicely complimented with a digital TV.
The outdoor area is accompanied with plenty of seating to accommodate a large number of guests with a Webber BBQ sure to leave tongues wagging, alongside the entertaining area of the garden.
The 2 well presented bedrooms can cater for up to 5 guests with a queen size, triple bunk complimenting the properties comfortability.
The bathroom and toilet have been newly renovated with a large walk in shower. *the property has been freshly painted late August 2025,
The property is also pet friendly, so you are more than welcome to bring your furry friend along.
For those who want to keep fit whilst away, Cowes' local football oval, gym, tennis courts and walking tracks are all within close proximity to the property.
Parking available on the property, plus plenty of spaces available on Chapel St. An Evie Plugshare station is 400m for guests that need a charging station for their car.
This really is a lovely home, in a great location, that is perfect for your next holiday or weekend getaway!

The unit looked to have been newly painted as the images online looked different to the actual inside of the unit. The kitchen was well equipped. Great bathroom and shower.Take your own doona or sleeping bag as the doona provided for the bunk bed was stained.There court yard outside was small and not really suited to a larger dog. The deck was a bit slippery with sloshy leaves and animal poo. Great location and a short walk to the beach and the shops

Nice clean property in an excellent location - walking distance to the Cowes shops and restaurants, and only a short drive to dog beaches/park. Perfect for our stay with our small dog.

This little unit is nicely styled but is need of a deep clean inside and outside. While the kitchen is full of useful cooking items and utensils, it lacked in other ways. No plug for kitchen sink, No dishcloth. And the empty bottle of Ajax cleaning spray was not helpful.On the first morning of our stay, we contacted the owner to see if coffee pods were provided for the coffee machine but were told to purchase our own. We asked if there was instant coffee and the reply was only if a previous guest left some. Laundry is great - a dryer is always handy. The empty box of washing powder was not helpful.We loved the Stayz photo of the outside area and were looking forward to spending some relaxing time outside with our dog and enjoying the splendid Autumn weather. But the reality is somewhat different to the photo. The two very dirty plastic chairs covered in moss did not appeal to us and the other furnishings in the photo are different to what is provided. The outside area is covered in decaying vegetation and in desperate need of a clean. We paid the extra for linen to be provided only because we have been travelling for 4 weeks and did not want to have to pack those items for this stay. The towels are tiny and almost thread bare, the bathmat is smaller than a tea towel. The bed linen was fine.The unit is walking distance to shops and the beach but be aware if going out at night, all of the light globes have been removed from the outside light fittings.
