A building with around 6 apartments on a large green yard with direct access (ending in) the bay sandy beach. Furniture is light but functional. All apartments are 'sharing' some sea view, with large balconies adding comfort. Our particular app. has one bedroom, with the second bed embedded in the kitchen area, so basically is a 2 adults plus 2 kids setup.
A touch of minimalist design improves rooms aspect.
The rather light structure of the building and the light furniture means you can hear the other guests, kids, music, etc. There is limited privacy in this regard.

very nice property with garden and beach
The owners: making a party in the garden with their friends in front of the guests and making noise until 2 o’clock in the morning disturbing the guests does not make you a good host.
