Amazing location, just yards from the station and with cafes right downstairs, but not noisy. Great views over the city. Nice and warm in winter. No frills, but spacious and had just what we needed for a weekend stay. Can't comment on the adequacy of the kitchen as we only used the kettle. Nice to have an elevator to the front door. Friendly, helpful hosts who answered quickly. Oh, and Bologna is an awesome city.

There is limited privacy between the two bedrooms, which could be an issue for some travellers. Getting in using the code was a bit of a faff - watch the instructional videos first!

It was a bit difficult to enter the appartement first time. The mechanism seems complicated at first sight.

Hot, uncomfortable, gloomy, dated, difficult to access. lots of wet laundry hanging around, felt like owner had just popped out for a drink, little effort to make it comfortable to settle. Very noisy location

The apartment is on very good position and very clean. Anyhow, it has been unproperly rebuild to be on two levels, both with very low sealings, plus toilets are on lower level and bedrooms are up. Stairs are uncomfortable, especially when you have to bring luggage. Beds in one room were comfortable, but in another it’s sofa with tinny matrix producing sound on every move.

Complete apartment is questionable, low sealings, bedrooms without windows...

Very hot during the night, air conditioning was very noisy and not efficient

I give this appartment a 10 . Apart for being a very cosy appartment , the owner and booking proved to me that there is still good people in this world . Coming from ROme for a 4 nights stay in Bologna , our daughter got sick and we had to return immediately back to Athens . Having already paid the whole amount , i was really pleasantly surprised , when the owner and booking informed me that they gave me a voucher to return whenever i wish and not loose my money .In cases like that , these people proved that we are still human . Thank you guys . Its not about the money . Its about kindness and respect . Thanks a million !

Close to central railstation

Extreme hot conditions. It's impossible to sleep over night.

Located perfectly in the centre of the city and all touristic attractions on walking distance.

The airco isn’t really cooling the bed rooms.

-the location -the simplicity of check in process -the owner is very helpful -a lot of helpful appliances -enough space for 4-5 people

-the AC evacuates hot air inside the apartment -in the night there it is some noise from outside

The location is right beside the train station. And around it you can find restaurants. It is so convenient. The owners are anytime reachable and kind. The apartment has everything you will need and more. The Apartment is family friendly equipped. The online keys are so convenient.

I can‘t say anything. We are more than satisfied and it exceeded our expectations.

Amazing location, sparking clean,

It has all you you need for a comfortable stay in one of the most beautiful cities in Italy

Such a great and wonderful apartment! I love it so much!!! I recommend it for everyone. We stayed here for 3 days (2 adults and a child). The apartment is located just in 2 minutes from Bologna central railway station, autobus station is also in 3 minutes. A big supermarket Coop is in 5-6 minutes by walk - it is very convenient. The apartment has everything for a comfortable staying. The view from the dining room is gorgeous!!! All the things in the apartment are new and clean, the beds are comfortable. You will find different cooking things and plates here. And I would like to say a special thank to our hostess Grazia - she was so attentive and careful. We appointed a meeting near the entrance. Grazia met us in time, gave us all the needful information and was ready to help with any question via WhatsApp. Thank you Grazia!!! We loved Bologna very much. When we come back to Bologna we will choose this apartment again!
