We loved Estepona and loved the apartment location. Jose was a great host.

Location was excellent restaurants & bars very close. Beds very comfortable apartment very big and clean. Nice view from the balcony. Jose was very helpful he was a great host.

Apartment outdated could do with revamping. Showers could do with replacing. Too many keys to get in and out of apartment block. Sometimes hard to get into apartment block keys would not turn.

A Gem

Just as described, it is a lovely apartment with a view of harbour and ocean. Jose came in person to greet us and show us the apartment. He addressed a couple of requests very quickly.

Perfect for family and friends

cosy and confortable place close to the port, restaurants, promenade and beach. apart is spacious beds are confortable, and cleaning is done right. Estepona is lovely streets are decorated with lots and lots of flowers!

The water piping sistem in the building is noisy.

we totally enjoyed Bella Vista and would happily stay again.

Jose the host was great with communication. The location was perfect with the marina, boardwalk and old town. We appreciated having the washer . Easy access to the apartment.

may need to get more fitted sheets on the bedding.

a wonderful place to stay!

we really liked the location. literally a few minutes walk to the harbor (many good restaurants) and the beach. It was a10-15 min walk to the old town. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, and the kitchen was set up for cooking. while we mostly ate out, we enjoyed cooking at home as well. Jose, the host, was wonderful. I don’t know if he can always do it, (due to his work schedule) but he was able to meet us at the bus station and drive us to the apartment. he is a very generous person. oh, and the view is lovely. it wasn’t warm enough to use the pool, but that’s another plus about the apartment, for warmer weather. the beds and pillows were comfortable. The tv is high quality. we enjoyed staying there and would do so again if we return to estepona!

none, unless you want to be closer to the old town… but the you don’t have the harbor right there. The location worked for us!

Perfect and a reasonable price.

We were rather late on arrival and the phone which had the contact details on had blocked. Thankfully Jose, concerned that we might have had an accident contacted Booking.com who were able to contact us, Graet customer service!! There were six of us staying in the apartment, all experienced travellers, all of mature years, and none had anything but praise for Jose and his apartment. The description of the apartment was as it said on the tin, great location for both the port, with its famous fish restaurant, and the array of international eating places. An easy walk to the lovely, soon to be completed, walkway and beach, with all facilities of Estepona in walking distance. We will be back for a longer stay!

Lovely place in an excellent location

The location was ideal and the host was extremely friendly and good at communicating. The apartment was very comfortable

The pool at the complex was concrete and had no sunbeds. Therefore, we could not use it. Otherwise, everything was great

Great apartment, host, facilities and location

Fabulous location right on the Marina. Jose was happy to help with any questions we had. Property was clean and roomy. Great spot for exploring Estepona.

Superb

The host was amazing, the apartment is really great so we had no issues with it but the host really helped us with anything that we needed. The apartment is well maintained and at a perfect location.

Passable

José was very friendly and there was excellent communication about meeting him. He also answered questions quickly when messaged. The apartment is in a fantastic location at the marina with loads of restaurants, bars, two supermarkets, and the very wonderful del Cristo beach and la Rada beach on your doorstep. The apartment was very clean and there was sufficient towels for everyone. There were even beach things that we found in a cup board (we added to the collection too!). It has a lovely view of the sea and lighthouse and there’s some furniture on the balcony. Also the blackout blinds are fantastic.

While the apartment is very large with three good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, it really could do with an upgrade. There was a glass coffee table in the lounge that had an extremely sharp chipped corner and my son cut his leg on it. And the glass side table had a massive chunk out of it so we turned it so that part faced the wall. The furniture in general is tired, the beds were hard and there were no duvet covers on the duvets which was rather strange. There’s other things like the door frame coming apart from the wall in one of the bedrooms, the light switch in a bathroom isn’t right, there are only a few small mugs, the oven didn’t have shelves, there was no information about where to do garbage/recycling or other house info. There is also little soundproofing and I could very clearly hear the people around us, including the person who’s apartment connected to the master bedroom. He was so loud at night, it was like he was talking in the room next to me. I think this apartment has so much potential - it just needs a trip to IKEA to get some new things and some attention to a few details and it really could be super special.

Fantastic central location with great views

Situated near the port with a view of the sea and the lighthouse. It was a quiet location but very central. Communication with the owner was very good and easy to check in.

Great place in el Puerto de Estepona

Really nice and spacious place with two bathrooms which is ideal when travelling with teenagers :-). If you plan to just stay in Estepona you don’t really need a car as you can walk everywhere. Pool is chilly in October, but it didn’t stop the kids from jumping in.
