Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung, tollem Garten und schönem Pool.

A large comfortable home with an excellent pool and garden. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious and the sitting area was also large and comfortable. The terraces are spacious and they all have lovely views towards the lake.
There wasn’t anything to dislike but I would suggest providing a key to unlock the local recycling bins and some information on local attractions and transport.

Lovely villa close to Garda and 1 hour drive from Verona. Beautiful views of the lake and sunset and nice bedrooms looking out onto the garden. The living area and well-equipped kitchen are on the top floor and a terrific place to sit and eat and look out on the scenery.
Small roads leading to the property so best to drive there before sunset. Not a problem in daytime. Best way to park is to reverse down the driveway down to the garage.
Family-appropriate artwork would be preferred in the living room.

Der Pool, die Lage des Grundstücks sowie der Kühlschrank waren gut. Auch die Klimaanlage hat ihren Dienst erledigt.
Die Bäder waren schlecht gepflegt und hellhörig. Außerdem finde ich Duschvorhänge nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Zudem war das Interieur teilweise mangelhaft, die Räumlichkeiten lieblos und unpraktisch eingerichtet.
Außerdem ist direkt gegenüber eine Baustelle, die ab 6:30 Uhr Lärm einer Rohbaustelle liefert. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts, aber es ist Täuschung der Besucher es nicht im Vorfeld zu erwähnen.
