It is my most closest view from Mount Kinabalu and we all love it. The environment is clean.

Hopefully the host can recreate a new menu for the breakfast.

Althought flies were inevitable, we still hoped it can be improved. We dont see the signage also for the key collection.

The scenary

Gravel road and is too dangerous… ex-specially when its raining…our group make decision not to stay there.. So dissapointed… Is your company didnt check first before offering homestay with customer?

Amazing breathtaking view but rather expensive!

The amazing view of Mt Kinabalu (right in your face). wonderful to wake up to this great view. The property has a large verandah overlooking the mountain. we could dine alfresco under the stars & breakfast at the verandah taking in the fresh mountain air enjoying this gorgeous view.

Property is built on the top of a steep hill. Road leading up to the property is not paved & it’s full of potholes. if you don’t drive a 4-wheel drive vehicle , may have problem getting to the last 300m (especially if it rains). Lodge is built on stilts so it has a steep staircase to get up onto the lodge. (not friendly for seniors or wheelchair bound) Bathrooms need renovation. Apart from the great view, the place is not too comfortable for the price it charges. Too expensive!

1: when booking nothing mentioned about the very bad road leading uphill to these houses 2: massive amt of flies 3:kitchen utensils were old and dirty 4: fridge was dirty when we got in had to give it a clean myself

Tidak apa attitude from staff Poor instructions how to reach the property Place abit rundown. The view of the mountain which is why people are willing to pay is spoilt by the clearing of land below the property

Will stay here solely for the view

The view was magnificent.The accommodation is spacious with full kitchen. The shower heaters worked well. Living room area is comfortable and the balcony is spacious with lots of tables and chairs.

The lack of heater. There's a fireplace but it was too tedious to start it. It can get quite cold at night. While the place seems OK, we feel it can be cleaner and better maintained especially the shower heads and the shower flooring. More carpets, rugs and bedroom slippers will be good as it can be quite cold to walk around. The resort is inaccessible so will be good to have vending machines or a small 24 hours grocery shop around. Breakfast can start earlier too.

Happy with our stay

The view & the size of the villa. The villa is big enough for our family 10 adults & kids. The weather is raining, cold and windy, 19°c during our stay. The view is spectacular, the balcony is super big & nice for coffee talk with Mount Kinabalu background. The only issue is raining 😑. They have coffee house but not recommended for big family, the places far away from shop area, need to bring your own food. They have complete kitchen. Definitely will visit the place again. The staff is helpful & friendly.

The amazing view and great privacy

Showering must take turns to allow the hot water to be reheated and the kitchen tap does not have a water heater, makes it uncomfortable to wash the dishes with cold water.

The road leading to the property was bad. The microwave oven and toaster were not working. Also the water for shower was not hot after 8 of us had showered.

Most amazing view & memorable holiday

The location was AMAZING! Open the front door and you will see the mount of Kinabalu right in front of your eyes. Can take thousand of pictures for the memory. The house was spacious and very clean.

The water heater did not function for our trip but the host didn’t know since we didn’t filed a complaint. the host very sorry about that but that’s ok. 😁

View of mount kk. Kitchen ware a plenty.

Gravel road need to be maintain. Hot water need to wait awhile before it comes up again. Window and main door need to be repaired with proper lock. Heavy wind will blow the window and door open. Need to have generators in case of long blackout.

Good

Location was superb with beautiful surrounding. This is a self catering accomodation, as such no breakfast was given but there is a cafe nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights as such would love to have a daily cleaning service. we have to call someone over to remove thrash. The place is cold especially at nights and early morning. A heater would be appreciated. The use of the fireplace resulted in a lot of smoke so we did not use it.

No water, no heating, inefficient staff

Good location

No running water, no drinking water, no room heater, no microwave oven to heat our food. Windows were not tightly shut, have cracks and cobwebs. As a result, it was so cold that we couldn't sleep all night. And no microwave oven, we had to sleep hungry, despite having bought food from your cafe in evening. First we were sent to wrong villa, then had to relocate to another villa mid-stay. The least that could've been done is one free complimentary water bottle (or a complimentary drop off to kundasang) but even that was brushed off as "that is available in another villa, not strawberry". Ridiculous hospitality, at this price point.
