Furniture choice & design, cold swimming which made the pool experience phenomenal, food variety and finally soundproof windows.
Lack of pillows made sleeping difficult, usually hotels keep extra cushion or two in every rooms closet in case it is needed with a blanket as well.

The fridge and freezer were not clean i had to do a deep cleaning on my arrival day

Room size. The view
Too much noise you can hear everything all around in the other room in the road outside the room , the mattress was too much hard, and the furniture was dirty like the sofas and the carpet has smell also .
